I am really excited for this weight loss challenge, i have never been part of anything like this before and especially being kind of a reserved person i never thought that i would, but it looked really fun and i really need some motivation right now for myself so i am in and excited for this adventure.
I always felt that i was always overweight and never really loved looking in the mirror (who does right?) but now i would love to be where i was a few years ago! So here i am a mother of 3 young kids whose life got kinda out of control really fast and put myself on the back burner and now i am ready to change not just for myself but for my family!
My goal is to loose 20lbs-25lbs. I am going to do this by lowering my calorie intake, exercise at least something everyday (got a gym membership, yay me! never had one before!), drink lots more water and not only loose weight but get in shape.
I am excited for this challenge and excited to get to know other people who have the same goals and same determination as i do! Good Luck everybody!
