Tim plans on losing 25 lbs, 2 lbs a week, maybe 1 beer less a
week. We will see J
He is doing the Weight Watchers Program
He
plans on walking 3 times a week and bike the rest, until the weather gets
warmer and then will bike more.

My goal is to lose 20 lbs, 2 lbs a week.
I am going to eat 1200 calories a day, walk outside 3 times a
week for 30 minutes, 1 treadmill for 20 minutes, 2 days stairs 10 min each to
start.
