Thanks to Katie and Eric for all of their time, creativity, and attempts to motivate all of us! You did a fantastic job, and I, personally am THRILLED to see my daughter and son-in-law embrace a healthier life style and be such an inspiration to me, and you both look wonderful on the outside, but I love what's happened on the inside even more!
I have gone up the scale, and will have a total weight loss of 16 lbs. 7.77%.
There are still chapters to be written......and I hope that my "chapters" will be a little less thick and complicated by my 52nd birthday in October!
Craig is currently trying to fly standby out of Atlanta...but, we'll just keep him where he has stayed this competition.
