Here is handsome Eric! He lost a total of 46.8lbs during the past six months! He has done a "whole self" change. He has so much more confidence- he has more energy than I have ever seen before! He is just thriving in all aspects of his life right now. So proud of him! He ends with a weekly lost of 4.2lbs (3 of which he won during the contest) for a total of 22.88% !!! Insane! He says he can't remember the last time he weighed what he does now.
Obviously he lost more than he needed too- so he now plans to "bulk" up and a follow a carb/protein diet! Super excited to see what happens the rest of the year!
Also he ran a "5K" distance run in 22.42 minutes- his last goal for the contest was to run a 5K in less than 23mins. So there ya go!
