So you big losers, share what you are doing that may help jump start the rest of us stragglers!  Specifics on diet (any specific one?)

  1. I, Eric, am calorie counting and making sure I workout 6xwk (make goals and have exact workouts planned for the week)

    Katie- I do the same- and try to mix workouts up a bit. I also am getting to the point that I can really push myself when I workout- so I know I really am going to my limit.

    Diet- Spsgetti squash instead of pasta. Less dairy more veggies (steamed or baked) and fresh fruit. Vit water NO Carbonation drinks. Only Subway fast food.
