I, Eric, am calorie counting and making sure I workout 6xwk (make goals and have exact workouts planned for the week)
Katie- I do the same- and try to mix workouts up a bit. I also am getting to the point that I can really push myself when I workout- so I know I really am going to my limit.
Diet- Spsgetti squash instead of pasta. Less dairy more veggies (steamed or baked) and fresh fruit. Vit water NO Carbonation drinks. Only Subway fast food.
