Frustration anyone?

Anyone else feeling a little "starved" ---doing the right thing, eating right, even exercising, and then perhaps seeing the scale going UP instead of DOWN????

  1. I hear ya! I watch my husband lose lb after lb- and I am just slow slow slow... But I do feel better and definately have more engery! So keep it up!

  2. Oh man YES!! One pound down 2 pounds up over and over. Eating protein especiallly for snacks helps curb the hunger. Drinking plenty of water helps and tons of patience and perserverance! Never give up! Never surender!
