Hey Everyone! Congrats to those of you that continue to do so well each week! Just a couple reminders to PLEASE include your
WEEKLY % with your weigh in so I can keep our graph updated correctly and also include any
MILES your run/walk (for now we
won't count biking...) Also remember that weigh in's are every
SATURDAY!!!! (thanks for those of you that let me know when you are gone!)
