Trent Breakfast
Breakfast ...
I'm on the road a lot so I keep it simple
Oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit
Egg white omelet with veggies (No cheese)
Fruit
Cottage Cheese
I can usually find any of these things at the Hotels Breakfast for free. At home I keep it simple as well usually with oatmeal and fruit. Fast easy healthy.
