Protein Crepes!!!

Protein Crepes

1/2 C Oats (blend into flour)
6 Egg Whites (we used 8 for med sized eggs)
1 C non-fat Cottage Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla 
Handfull of Spinach 

Makes about 10 regular sized crepes
50 calories per crepe
*Honey, fruit, jam etc for toppings

We had these for dinner tonight and can you say 
AAAA-MAZING!? We are LOVE crepes anyways and to have a healthy addition, SIGN ME UP!
