Lisa’s
goals Ultimate Weight Loss competition June 2013-Oct. 2013
Goal 1: I want to lose at least one pant size,
and get down one shirt size.
Goal 2: I want to be actively exercising 3 days a
week, biking, elliptical, walking, by June 30th; and by the end of
the competition, I want to be at 5 days a week.
Goal 3:
I want to participate in either a 5K with my family, or a bike day with
them. (this may include the Morgan
marathon) or our own family event!!!
(Goal 4: Look like a hot mama for my son’s wedding
on Sept. 27th!!!
Lisa's Blurb:
I have battled with my weight up and down for my whole life!!! I've been really thin at times, and really humongous more times than not. My battle is psychological mostly....because of the multiple times I've lost this blooming 30 lbs.! I am married to my "big boy", a real hotty for nearly 32 years now, Craig, he's doing this challenge as well. I have 4 fabulous children, my beautiful daughters... Katie & Emily, both doing this challenge; my son Dane is getting married in Sept., and my youngest, Landon, is serving an LDS mission in Louisiana. I've always said I am still carrying my baby weight from Landon, but he's going to turn 20 in August, so it's time to let that go I think! :) I am the proud grandma of 5 adorable little people who rock my world, and I want to have all the energy, health, and positive energy to give them....but mostly, I want to live a healthy, prosperous, and positive life. My weight diminishes who I truly am.....and I don't want "it" to define me, or make me doubt the beauty within! I have many plans for the $ I am going to win. Watch out Losers!!! ( I am posting a picture of Craig and I this past month at our nieces wedding in Kauai.)
