Craig's Plan

 Craig's Goals:

1. Lose 2 pant sizes by our sons wedding, Sept. 27th.

2. Exercise 3 times a week. (at least)

3.  Gain a healthier eating style, let go of candy, sweets, too many carbs. Have a healthy balance.


Bio:  I'm a 56 year old grandpa, with a pretty stressful job.  Would like to develop a healthy life style to keep everything in perspective, and enjoy many more years with my grandkids, children, and my beautiful wife.
