I have always been overweight and feel like I have tried everything in the book. The times I have been able to lose weight was when I was really watching what I am eating and staying active. My work will have biggest loser competitions every once in a while and they recently started one in April. I decided to once again participate and have been really motivated this time losing 25 lbs and counting. One day I was thinking about how I was going to stay motivated after the competition ends when I read Katie's post about starting the UWLC. I am really pumped about continuing to lose the wight and get healthier!
My Goals for this UWLC:
1:Finish a 5K in 45 mins or less while running at least 50% of it. (Ha ha I'm not a runner obviously!)
2: Drop at least 3 more pants sizes.
3: Maintain an active lifestyle by participating in something that keeps me active 5 days a week.
