So I am sick of the ZERO results I have had the past 3 weeks... Yes the Easter Candy got the best of me, but NO MORE! I need to spice up my routine. As you know I have been calorie counting 1400 cal/day and working out- mostly P90X/Elliptical...
But I know that to be successful I need to be aware of not just CALORIES but every nutrient. So I am going to try this diet, "Eat to Live" my sis did this after her first baby and lost a ton- but not only that- she learned how to incorperate healthy good-for-you-foods in all her meals.
I don't know about the rest of you- but I can't count how many times my lettuce-veggies-fruits have gone BAD before I finally get to them... TONS of times. Since we are trying to stay on a food-budget plus a diet budget I really have been trying hard not to let that happen...
Anyway this diet is really interesting- definitely a challenge- but sounds promising. If anyone is interested in doing it with me I WOULD LOVE A BUDDY! I found the book super cheap on Amazon/EBay/KSL. I am building up my supplies and will be starting in the next 1-2wks.
Lastly I HIGHLY recommend looking into Bountiful Baskets- they deliver almost EVERYWHERE and it gives you wholesale values on TONS of produce/fruits/breads etc and makes you get creative with your cooking!
