Heidi lost 8lbs LAST WEEK!!! She won the 5lb challenge= ONE FREE LB to use anytime during this challenge!!! Awesome job Heidi!!!!

This week she lost 2lbs .92% for a total of 8.12% She has lost 18.8lbs total.
