Eric is down .25% this week- awesome job!
Katie- is still the same! Iwas up a little at the first of the week and I lost all that but couldn't beat my previous weight two weeks ago.. I NEED HELP! No lose for 2 wks!!! Any ideas shot them my way!
We both tried PLYOMETRICS (jump training) for a workout we have never done before!!! It is intense! Can't wait to hear what everyone else tried.
I was listening to a nutritionist say that you should have 30g. protein in the morning. The times that I have been able to consume the 30g protein I have really noticed a difference. Just an idear.....Jen
