Natalie

I stayed the same.  I am having a problem lately of eating to oblivion after my Saturday weigh in and it doesn't stop until Sunday evening.  I wake up Monday 2 pounds heavier than my Saturday weight, and then I spend the rest of the week getting off that 2 pounds.

This is silly. I vow to do better this week.  Sunday, today,  I brought a banana and cheese stick to church. I ate it on the way home, so I wouldn't binge after hearing all the things at church that I am falling short in.  So far, I am staying in my WW points range... however, it is only 5 p.m.
