March Madness Challenge

For the Month of MARCH a new challenge is headed your way! This will help you SPRING into March and our competition. Not only do we have to each do our own part to accomplish this task- but we have to work as a TEAM.

EVERYONE has to participate, or we all fail!!!
So come on!- Everyone......

 Right on into this! Here are the rules:
As a team we must run a total of 250 miles!!! That is 15 miles/person with 10 extra for those go-getters! You can use a treadmill. elliptical, glider, and of course just your own two legs...

NOT ALLOWED: bikes, or any machine that you SIT on.
Each MILE you run we will add it to our counter here on the blog-

YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF YOUR OWN MILES!!!

Obviously you can walk these miles- but the hope is that your last 5miles you can either pick up the pace and either jog or run @ least one!

Here is a bit of LUCK for you all....
Figure out your LUCKY CHARM at get to it! (stay away from the cereal though... lots of sugar!)
