Right on into this! Here are the rules:As a team we must run a total of 250 miles!!! That is 15 miles/person with 10 extra for those go-getters! You can use a treadmill. elliptical, glider, and of course just your own two legs...
NOT ALLOWED: bikes, or any machine that you SIT on.
Each MILE you run we will add it to our counter here on the blog-
YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF YOUR OWN MILES!!!
Obviously you can walk these miles- but the hope is that your last 5miles you can either pick up the pace and either jog or run @ least one!
Here is a bit of LUCK for you all....
Figure out your LUCKY CHARM at get to it! (stay away from the cereal though... lots of sugar!)
