Sooooo we made our goal!!! We ran 300+ miles!!!! Here is the thing....... We didn't get participation from everyone!!!!!!!!!! Sooooooo I changed the goal to 1000 miles! By July 1.... So keep up the good work!!!!!

Bruce had a super week he is down another 1.04% for a total of 4.92%.
Sue had a super great week too. Stayed motivated! Worked out hard! Counted calories! (Didn't even cheat!) Still the scales are not my friend. I did however lose a small tidbit so I will take it...or leave it as it were. Down .55% for a total of 6.75%.

PS....
We reached our GOAL for 250 miles- we reached it because some people ran A LOT more then was required of them! I didn't hear from everyone and I changed our goal to 300 miles!!! So keep it up! And EVERYONE NEEDS TO PARTICIPATE!!!!
Work Out Idea
I really like this DVD- its like $8 @ Walmart or Sam's. It is only 25 mins and is great if I don't have time to spend an hour working out! There are 3 levels- and they are kick my butt. All you need are hand weights (I recom. starting with 3lbs)

Ok, so I fell off the grid. I let the problems of others get to me. I tried to solve the ward problems. I get it. I just have to listen and do what I can. Visit them, but not eat with them.
So BRING IT SUE. I am back in the game. I am on track. I am going to blow you out of the water. I am going toooooooooooooo.

Well I lost 1.4 pounds this week. That is a .71 percent loss for a total percentage lost of 4.02 percent and 8.2 pounds with you all, but a total of 39.8 pounds since my journey began. Slow and steady wins the life race; however, I won't win this race...darn it! I would love the money, but I ultimately will win my own personal journey.

Confessions: Forgive me losers for I have indulged! I have gone over to the dark side....multiple times this week. Too many indulgences to my taste buds to name. My skinny alter ego is very motivated, but...my weaker "un-motivated" ego got the better of me this week.

Okay now as for Sue: 4th straight week of nothin' and that is after being sick all week. Too sick to exercise it is true but also too sick to eat much. NOW THAT IS TOO SICK! Something is wrong when you are sick and the weight still doesn't come off (although ice cream did slide over the sore throat quite nicely) soooo.........look out cuz now I am just plain mad. Any body wonder where Eric gets that major competitive streak of his? He was schooled by his momma and momma is ready to play ball and stop messing around!!
Note to Jayne....where the heck are you and why are you not on here giving us all grief? Is your life busier and more challenging than ours. Is your temple less important to take care of than everybody elses you are engaged in caring for miss RS Pres? Do you not have the guts to finish this challenge you committed to? There are 3 months left. Have you really thrown in the towel cuz I can walk/run/bike over to your place and pick up my $100 today...just say the word...while I am at it I will walk/run/bike to the store and buy you a case of chocolate for your consolation prize.....I will set it at the base of the waterfall up waterfall canyon for you to pick up at your leisure.....luv you Jayner.

Pat results

Big Daddy & Big Mama Carter Week 10
Craig remained the same, total percentage of 3.4%, 0 for the week. LONG, LONG week at work fighting the legislature for educational funds, not much gym time! Craig has walked 15 miles so far this month.
Lisa worked very hard for the last 3 weeks to finally lose 1 lb. Weekly percentage of .53%, total percentage of 8.25%, total weight loss of 17 lbs. We are almost to our half way mark in our weight loss challenge....sure hope to be at least to my half way point in my goal by the end of March!!! Lisa has walked/"elipticaled" 18 miles so far this month.

I am really proud of Eric- he is great to have around, always taking any treats away from me and keeping me extra motivated. I lost 2.2 pounds this week. This is a 1.10 % loss. A total of 3.3% since the beginning. Wow (Sarcasm)! I have lost 6.8 pounds since we started in January. But, my disclaimer is that I have lost a total of 38.4 pounds since I started in the summer. Slow and steady wins the race...maybe not the money...but the race of life-long change. Although, the money would nice. I sure want an IPad.
